To verify your phone number and be eligible to receive TELESAFE™ calls, go to My Profile and select “Phone Verification” from your completion meter.
A new page will open that displays the phone number provided when creating your account. If this number is incorrect, hit “Change” and update the number. If the number is correct, click the “Call Right Now” button to receive a call from our company. Be sure to make note of the 6-digit code provided on that page.
Answer the call and enter the 6-digit code when prompted. Your phone number will be automatically verified in our system upon the completion of the call.
